Jan is an innovative watercolour artist who strives
to extend the boundaries of watercolour beyond its traditional roots. A unique wet on wet technique, creates works of intense colour which have been recognized in many competitions and are held in private collections in Australia and overseas.

Workshops conducted by Jan in Brisbane and regional Queensland inspire beginner and experienced artists in these techniques.

After her successful first solo exhibition in 2006 at Royal Queensland Art Society, Brisbane Jan was invited as a regular Artist in Residence at Hamilton Island Gallery, Whitsundays, Australia, where her exhibitions and classes are very successful.
